Tasting Notes
COLOUR
Burnished chestnut.
NOSE
Freesia, dried geranium, and lilies of the valley merge with the aromas of Chablis, citrus fruits, and gooseberries, then sweeter notes of acacia honey.
PALATE
Initially dry and floral with notes of carnations, developing into sweeter notes of lemon meringue, grilled almonds, and light crème caramel fudge.
FINISH
Lightly sweet and warm with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.
AGING
American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
