Deep orange and hazel hues resembling aroma swirls

PALATE

Seville orange peel, old cigar aromas with sweet and floral interjections.

A touch of liquorice and iodine.

Warming nut brown and amber rich hues suggestive of oak casks

AGING

A 30 year rest in American oak hogsheads, then concluding in Essencia barriques made from 'Rose Oak', a rare type of oak dating back to the 1830s.
